Adding to a string of recent announcements about capability and resource expansions, ASM Assembly Systems’ DEK Solar group yesterday appointed Kromax as its agent in China. During a ceremony that took place as part of the Kromax October 23rd seminar, PERC Solar Cells and Optimization tools, DEK Solar Director Brian Lau made special presentation to Kromax President Rocky Chien, marking the official start of the DEK Solar – Kromax partnership.
“We continue to make investments in ASM’s DEK Solar business, all of which are designed to enable our customers’ competitiveness and give them greater access to our team’s expertise and DEK Solar metallization technologies,” says Lau, who has been instrumental in fostering the recent growth activities of DEK Solar. “Expanding our sales channel with the addition of Kromax is very significant and will provide customers with in-depth technology integration and engineering assistance, in addition to sale expertise.”
