Panel surface cleaning machine

Panel surface cleaning machine is maily applied in the Module process of LCD&OLED(rigid or flex) display, which removes dirty ,glass and particles from the panel surface with a  polish sheet /pad on a movemet head, on the condition of high press DIW and Brush.

Polarizer attachment machine:

 

Polarizer attachment machine is also  applied in the Module process of LCD&OLED(rigid or flex) display,which is the next process of above surface cleaning machine, the function is to attach the polarizer on both side of panel , with a high speed , high accuracy and high quality way.

          LCD Panel Surface Cleaning Machines

  • Efficiently polishes and cleans LCD or OLED panels for smart phones, tablet and automative .
  • Reliably removes foreign substances adhering to the panel through the combined use of Takatori’s proprietary grinding sheet heads and brush& cleaning system.
  • Can be incorporated inline with a polarizer attaching machine (LPA-series).

          Polarizer Attaching Machines

  • A CCD camera offers image recognition of LCD or OLED  panels and polarizer for smart phones,tablet PCs and automavite size , thus enabling high accuray polarizer attachment.
  • Equipped with cleaning rollers for the surface of the polarizer and for the panel stage, and optimizes the air current within the equipment to deliver thorough prevention against foreign substances., can meet high yieid target.
  • sheet type can redule effetively for attachment bubble issue ;
  • Can be incorporated inline with a panel polishing and cleaning machine (LCS-series).
