SKYLIQUID SERIES : SKYLIQUID series coated in automatic mounter or by a spinner can attain super flat mounting which will make high precision wafers.

It can be cleaned by SC-1 or our high pure KILALA CLEAN which reduces particles and haze and make ultra clean wafers.

SPACELIQUID SERIES : SPACELIQUID is newly developed with high softening point and chemical resistant liquid type wax for mounting patterned wafers for back grindings and other process.

Wax layer thickness is about 5-10 times of reqular wax so that protects patterned surface.

Can be dewaxed by solvents easily.
