At the 2024 SEMICON Taiwan exhibition, Kromax showcased a complete and diverse wafer process and inspection solution, covering key process equipment from wafer thin film process, thermal treatment, lithography, wet process to wafer inspection and backside thinning. Equipment from top domestic and foreign brands such as Skytech, ALOXTEC, AMAYA, Delta, Premtek, and NxQ were exhibited on site, demonstrating our comprehensive integration capabilities for high-efficiency and high-precision process technologies.
At the same time, we also displayed a variety of inspection and cross-process equipment, including double-sided and defect optical inspection, IR inspection, non-contact and TGV measurement equipment, etc., emphasizing the complete solution in quality control and process optimization. Automation equipment such as wafer box conversion and sorting machines also attracted a lot of attention.
In addition, the exhibition area also displays various key components and materials, such as wafer cutting consumables, polishing dressers, precision grinding consumables, dust-free consumables and special chemical liquids, fully supporting the needs of semiconductor manufacturing from equipment to materials.
